Perfectly placed in lush foliage among a beautifully scalped landscape full wildlife plants and flowers. “Very special and sweet retreat. We had a lot of fun. The teahouse itself is so well crafted! we loved the view, outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen. We made dinner 5 out of 7 evenings and had breakfast several days. First visit to St. John, was not prepared for the drive up the hill to the property. We got use to it quickly, but it is a steep climb. Driving on the entire island is a challenge but worth it and kind of fun! Thanks for the beach gear and cooking supplies. On site manager was awesome...

“The house was exactly as advertised and perfectly situated between the less-touristy sides of the Island. We were there for the National Park experience primarily, and the house's location was a short distance to all things interesting: hiking, snorkeling, bars, and grocery stores. The driveway is a bit daunting, particularly without back-up cameras in a lot of the rental vehicles, but it is doable. The large patio is meant for sipping cocktails and every possible cooking utensil was there....

“We loved our first stay here. The bungalow was perfect for two with a gorgeous view right from bed. The pool and outdoor showers were private and so nice each morning or night under the stars with the lights turned off. Loved sitting on the porch as I am now listening to jazz with my coffee and my love. So much wildlife around too! Roosters, donkeys, cats, goats stopping by our pool and birds. Very close to Francis and Maho! Just a great stay. Went to skinny legs for great food and service...

“We LOVED our stay here! The porch / hot tub was a favorite every evening...perfect place to relax and watch the stars come out. Sunrise from the master bedroom was pretty hard to beat. The road up to the house is quite a journey but not unlike the rest of the island and totally worth the trek for the view!”

“My daughter and I had a great time exploring St. John and we definitely were glad to stay on the quieter side of the island. “Garden of Eden” was a great location for us, we could easily walk to Skinny Legs for dinner and a little further walk were other restaurants and coffee place. Take it and do your own research as there is soooo much to do within your limited time there. Also, Bob the grounds keeper is very friendly and helpful too! Location: you’re on Coral Bay, super convenient for those looking for adventure as you can access the whole island from the less populated side of the island and skip traffic heading to the north side beaches....
